3rd party TIC Information

As you may know San Francisco has a lot of TIC's. Tenancy In Common (TIC) is a form of holding title by two or more people on one piece of real property. Recently I attended a Realtor® convention here in San Francisco and had the good fortune of listening to attorney D.
